GUIDING IDEAS:

A traditional Niçoise house completely surrounded by bare concrete floor. No existing vegetation. Customers want a pool, storage space and living spaces (dining area, sitting area).

Many vis-à-vis are to be taken into account.

The pool (a lap pool) will be positioned South and will be protected by the opposite wall behind which will be built storage cupboards. This wall will be used to integrate a waterfall for the pool and an outdoor shower. The east wall is hidden by exotic vegetation. The pool deck will be built in wood. The floor terraces will consist of large 120x120cm slabs to give a concrete effect. Improve privacy with high bamboos or climbing jasmine. We opt for a predominantly exotic style for the entire vegetation.
